Renplan’s specialist sectors include planning for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, rural planning, environmental planning and energy infrastructure development. The company also specialises in managing community development projects and coordinating community engagement exercises.
The Company was set up in April 2014 and now has a breadth of clients throughout the country. Renplan is an anagram for ‘planner’ but it also represents the company’s specialist service which is providing planning services for medium to large scale energy developments.
The company is spearheaded by chartered town planner Ben Lewis who graduated from UWE Bristol in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Town and Country Planning and a Masters in Town Planning. Ben gained chartered status from the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) in 2005 and has built his planning experience through a number of positions in both the public and private sectors. Ben is an ex-employee of North Somerset Council Planning Department and Teignbridge District Council Planning Department.
Renplan works with local authorities throughout the country with an objective to secure planning permission for clients on a range of different types of projects.
